Since 2007, SOSAD – Save Our Sons And Daughters – have worked tirelessly to prevent suicide in our communities, and assist all who are affected. We do this through providing confidential services and support for people going through suicidal ideation, self-harming, depression, bereavement, stress and anxiety. We are here to meet you where you are now.
Offices & Services
We have six full-time offices based in Cavan, Louth, Laois, Meath and Monaghan from which we provide our services: One-to-one counselling, remote (virtual) counselling and a 24/7 crisis freephone line. We also work from out-reach offices.
