Along The Black Sea 2022

I am raising funds for SOSAD Ireland, a mental health & counselling organisation with bases across the country of Ireland, who do amazing work helping people in times of need and in getting them back on their feet. 

Mental Health is becoming a bigger issue year on year, and, in these fragile times, Covid has disrupted the lives of many people. It is more important than ever that people seek out help and support from this wonderful organisation. 

I am starting my charity cycle with my bike 'Lotus' on February 14th from Athens, Greece, and will head north through Bulgaria making my way around the Black Sea, through numerous countries, finishing up in Istanbul, Turkey.

Mental health check-ups are as important as a regular visit to the doctor, and we should all be checking in on ourselves, and each other from time to time.
