Solas Drop In Centre & Monaghan Men’s Shed

This Pancake Tuesday we are supporting a local Mental Heath charity. Pancake Tuesday is a fun food day and we are raising funds for SOSAD Ireland. SOSAD Ireland (Save Our Sons And Daughters ) provides support and services free of charge to anyone who is struggling with suicidal ideation, self-harming, depression, bereavement, stress and anxiety or if you simply need to talk.  

SOSAD provides:

• Online Messaging Service
• Bereavement Support
• Walk & Talk Therapy
• Young People Matter - Peer mentioring Group
• Drop in Centre in Cavan

SOSAD Ireland is a self funding charity and the funds raised from Pancake Tuesday will contribute to funding the life saving service within our local community.
