We offer Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group sessions for people who need additional support in managing intense emotions, improving relationships, and building healthier coping strategies. DBT is an evidence-based therapy that combines cognitive behavioural techniques with mindfulness practices.
Who
Is DBT For?
DBT is especially helpful for people who experience emotional dysregulation, self-harming behaviours, or difficulties with mood and relationship issues. In a supportive group setting, participants learn practical skills across four key areas: mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Whether you’re new to DBT or continuing your journey, our online group provides a structured and non-judgemental space to grow and heal together.
