Everyone knows someone who has been affected by a mental illness yet there still seems to be a stigma attached to some of them.

SOSAD (Save Our Sons And Daughters) Ireland is a registered charity based in Drogheda that helps improve the lives of people affected by depression and suicide.

It’s a charity very close to my heart so I wanted give something to a charity that works hard to keep our minds healthy.

I’ll be doing a tandem skydive on August 23rd at The Irish Parachute Club, Co.Offaly to raise awareness of this cause. In these uncertain times, I think the services provided by SOSAD are more important than ever before.
