Gaeil Colmcille 12 hr Run Walk for Kells SOSAD
As most of you know there is a new SoSad Outreach Centre is to open in Kells and everyone knows the importance of funding. Many local organisations around Kells are doing their bit to get this much needed Centre opened and Gaeil Colmcille want to do their bit.On Saturday May 30th from 9am to 9pm Gaeil Colmcille are seeing how far we can run or walk in 12 hours as a club, to raise awareness around mental health during the Covid-19 crisis & to help raise much needed funding to support the work of SoSad in the local Community. The run/walk will take place across our 4 Pathways in the Kells Town, the four routes will be1. Railway Bar to Grangegodden,2. Abbey House to The Spire Entrance3. Daybreak on Maudlin to Ardee Rd Roundabout 4. Kells Heritage Centre to Headfort BridgeEach participant will receive a 30 minute time slot on a designated route an while doing the run/walk the club can reassure everyone that we would be following NPHET’s guidelines on Social Distancing and infection control.Please support where you can and share to all your friends.
