“Run for Life” 317km in aid of SOSAD

In 2019 317 men Took their own lives counting for over 80% of the overall suicide rate in Ireland, in other words 8 out of 10 people who committed suicide in Ireland were men. In a time where mental health is pressurised in such an unprecedented way, we believe it’s important to highlight this and endeavour to have the right help and support available to anybody who needs it during this pressing time. And so over the period of 10 days we will attempt to run, walk or traverse a total of 317 km to raise funds for our Local suicide prevention charity SOSAD and to commemorate those 317men who took their own life.
