Get Up and Go

Having a daily routine can help us feel more in control of our day and allows us to focus on things that are important to us and to our mental health. #TogetherWithSOSAD let’s focus on the little things that will get us through the day.

The best way to improve your mental health is through relaxation and inner peace. By meditating daily for 10 minutes can reduce stress and anxiety.

#TogetherWithSOSAD follow this guided meditation and reconnect with the present:

It has been said that colouring calms down the busiest of minds. According to research due to its basic, repetitive motions, colouring engages parts of the cerebral cortex while relaxing the amygdala, the brain's fear centre.

#TogetherWithSOSAD take some time to calm your mind.

Download the colouring page and start colouring! -

Next time you go for a walk, put on headphones and relax your mind with music. Music energizes the body, elevates your mood and increases happiness.
