SOSAD Ireland is delighted to bring you WELLFÉIS- An alternative 2 day self care festival in Listoke House on the 29th & 30th January 2022.

Once you arrive at Listokes beautiful location you will be greeted with a goodie bag and a map of our wellness festival. The day is yours with lots of avenues of self care to choose from

We have an amazing line-up of spiritual mentors to guide you through cleansing classes such as Yoga, Wim Hof, Meditation, Sound Bath Healing & Ecstatic dance. 

We will also have empowering talks from Sasha Tallon & Lorraine Hogan 'The Wellness Coach' with more to be announced!

 There will be wonderful coffee, homemade cakes & rustic toasties from the amazing Chinwag'on

When you arrive, You will be given a goodie bag with a booklet including all classes on the day & a map - You can plan your day as you go. 

The beautiful courtyard is the epicenter to our event - all the seminars, classes, therapies & beautiful gardens can be accessed from there & it will hold Market Stalls from local businesses along with music & much more..

Down a beautiful wooded walk - There is a beautiful restored cottage dedicated to Tarot Card Readings - On your walk back to the epicenter from your reading, you can grab a coffee from the chinwag'on & stop off in the garden for a chance to reflect.

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO PARKING at location - Bus price is included in your ticket & a general pick up location will be given closer to the date.

**We encourage all attendees to avail of this transport service as Listoke's iconic location is not traffic manageable.**
